Philly Theatre Week is back for its eighth year! It's running April 3-13, 2025 at venues across the city, and all shows are Pay What You Can. Darnelle sits down with Theatre Philadelphia director of operations and programming CJ Higgins for a look at the fest, including shows all over the city and a trio of workshops in South Philly about Shakespearean language, stage management, and script memorization. Darnelle and CJ remind us that you don't have to go spend $1000 to see Shakespeare on Broadway: Philly is full of great Shakes for a much more affordable price. Tune in for this and lots more in their conversation, and if you need another guide to the fest, Kyle rounds up his picks.
