At least, for many of us. I wish I had some big sprawling, inspiring message for you. But surely you've heard a few already, but it might not be enough to curb your fears, your rage, your sadness, your disappointment...All I can encourage you to do is to take care of yourself today. And tomorrow. And everyday after that. That will be a necessary step going forward, one that I worry that many people might skip.
You can't take care of others before you take care of yourself. And goodness, are we going to need to take care of each other.
