Maybe. You know what time of year it is—leaves are falling, temperatures are dropping, and the days are getting shorter. Since it's time to whip out the cardigans, I'm wondering: what's hanging up in this closet that doesn't fit me anymore? Sure, I've got plenty of clothes that either don't fit as well as I originally thought or the threads have gone stale and uninspired (we've all got those tops and bottoms we've worn a few hundred times by now, right?). I'm also thinking of the metaphorical outfits (of course I am).
What's still in your closet that every time you look at it makes you think "hmm, do I even like this shirt anymore?" I can be quick to toss things away, but what's more challenging is finding something to replace what you're leaving behind. Is anyone else feeling this more than usual?
Once you pick out your clothes, though, be sure to check out what's coming up in Philly, including DVAA's newest exhibit, a hearty serving of classical music throughout the first half of October alone, and a variety of autumn-themed events sure to warm you up like that one sweater that you'll never ever throw away.
