Happy New Year! I hope you were able to find time to restore over the holidays. Too often, we’re “just getting through the holidays,” and then January can be a tough month to segue into. But we’ve got music, movies, and our first roundup of the year to help tide you through the transition into the new year.
Our Classical Interludes features offerings from the usual suspects—Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia and Ama Deus Ensemble, but also performances from the likes of East Passyunk Opera Project and Symphony in C. A few movie screenings with gripping stories are highlighted in this month’s movie repertory, and we open the year with Apple Picking with Eve, Lady Laughs, and more.
I’ve got a feeling that 2025 is going to be just as wild a ride as last year. We’ll be right there with you through it all.
Be safe, Philly!
